1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the BePart platform (including our website, mobile interface, or related web services operated by Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2What BePart Is & Is Not

3Non-Handling of Customer Purchase Funds

BePart strictly operates on a quotation and direct communication model. No purchase transactions for listed goods or services are processed through or held by BePart. Customers do not deposit, store, or transfer money to Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd for purchasing products. Any payment arrangements, invoices, deposits, or transactions must be negotiated and executed directly between the customer and the chosen independent supplier.

Note: The only payments processed by Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd on BePart are optional recurring platform subscription fees charged to registered suppliers for directory software access.

4Customer & Supplier Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Suppliers must hold all required legal licenses, tax registrations, and statutory permits to operate their business under the laws of Zimbabwe.
• Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, misleading listings, or violations of these Terms.

5Supplier Responsibility for Listings & Quotes

Independent suppliers bear sole responsibility for:

• The accuracy, legality, condition, quality, and pricing of their listed products and quotations.
• Fulfilling orders, delivering products, and issuing statutory tax fiscal invoices directly to customers.
• Honoring warranties, returns, and statutory customer guarantees as prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act of Zimbabwe [Chapter 14:44].

6Limitation of Liability & Statutory Consumer Rights

While Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd strives to maintain high platform availability and verify supplier accounts, BePart provides the platform service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of Zimbabwe:

• Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions conducted between customers and third-party suppliers.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights or liabilities under the Consumer Protection Act of Zimbabwe that cannot be lawfully waived or excluded by contract.

7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Disputes arising between customers and suppliers must be settled directly between the respective contracting parties. Any legal action involving Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd shall be submitted to the competent courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
