BePart is a marketplace platform operated by Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd. We connect customers with independent suppliers and allow suppliers to publish listings and respond to requests. BePart does not sell the listed goods or services, does not receive or hold customer purchase funds, and is not a party to transactions between customers and suppliers.
No Money Handling for Purchases
Customers do not pay for goods or services on BePart. All purchasing agreements, quotes, bank transfers, cash payments, or delivery arrangements are conducted directly between the customer and the chosen independent supplier.
Independent Supplier Status
Suppliers listed on BePart are independent businesses and third-party merchants. They are not employees, partners, franchises, or agents of Boulderstone (Pvt) Ltd.
Product Quality & Warranties
All product warranties, returns, performance standards, and statutory consumer rights are provided directly by the listing supplier under the Consumer Protection Act of Zimbabwe.
Verification Disclaimers
While BePart performs merchant verification checks, customers are advised to verify product specs, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers prior to executing large commercial transactions.
